We wanted to take a moment to update you on an ongoing issue that some of you might be experiencing. A fix is under way.
All main functions are operating normally.
Current Situation
We are currently dealing with an unexpected maintenance issue affecting certain functionalities on our platform. Specifically, you might notice disruptions with the following features:
• Screensaver Upload: Some users may be unable to upload new screensavers.
• Sundown and Weather Updates: These features might not display the latest information.
• Calendar updates: Automated calendar updates may now have the latest updates.
What Caused the Issue?
The root of the problem is an encryption error within Microsoft Azure, our datacenter provider. This issue is affecting our ability to maintain these specific functions properly. We have been in touch with Microsoft and are awaiting their engineers to resolve the problem.
What’s Next?
Unfortunately, Microsoft has not provided us with an exact timeframe for the fix. However, based on our discussions with them, we expect the issue to be resolved either today or tomorrow, depending on how quickly their team can implement the necessary repairs.
